Whit Gentry

Whit Gentry born and raised in East Texas in the great era of the 50's and 60's. After graduating from college I spent 10 years in the active Air Force and then 12 years in the Air Force Reserves. I was fortunate enough to travel the globe and be exposed to some great warriors and great leaders. I'll not mention the fruitcakes I also ran into. After my active duty time, as an engineer, I entered the world of paper making, selling, and printing. I was fortunate to work for corporate America, and a family owned business out of Chicago. My writing adventure started after my retirement. Readers have said I write like an engineer. I tend to be very aware of times, distances, places, characters, and events that are believable (no magic to rescue the good guy or gal). Readers are creative folks and they don't need to be spoon fed.
