Eric Prum is an author and serial entrepreneur living in New York City. Eric is a partner in W&P Design, a design company he co-founded with best friend Josh Williams in 2012. Eric combines his background in product design and manufacturing with a passion for all things food and beverage to help others eat and drink better. Based in Brooklyn, New York, W&P Design (www.wandpdesign.com) applies innovative design to the food and beverage world. Since it's founding, W&P Design has created more than 200 items, including tools, consumable products and print and digital content. Among the company's most popular products are the Mason Shaker, a Mason jar cocktail shaker; the Carry On Cocktail Kit, which contains the tools and ingredients to mix craft cocktails mid-flight; and the Peak Ice product line, a collection of innovative tools for making ice in your home freezer. W&P Design’s products and recipes have been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine and Bon Appétit, among many other publications. Eric is the co-author of Shake: A New Perspective on Cocktails, Infuse: Oil, Spirit, Water and Host: A Modern Guide to Eating, Drinking and Feeding Your Friends.
