"I published my first novel at age 68, fulfilling a life-long dream. Although I've been writing since high school in Arlington, MA, I've previously published only in school magazines.
I attended Bates College in Maine and spent my Junior year at Oxford University studying English Literature. Over the Christmas break, I travelled to Russia, an interesting experience in 1966!
After four years in the Air Force during the Vietnam War and a brief stint writing and filming video tapes for a government project for the elderly, I went into the computer field. I worked as a programmer and database developer until 2012 when I retired.
I live with my wife north of Boston. We have four grandchildren in Galway, Ireland and Providence, RI. I'm working on my second book when I take a break from marketing the first one."
