I’m a cookbook author, writer, and pop-up shop maker (through Eat Boutique, an IACP award-winning online food shop). I eat in a plant-centric way and create recipes that are mostly wholesome and always comfort-driven. After hosting makers for 25,000+ guests, I’m working to open my first permanent Eat Boutique, a food retail concept space that provides a new way to shop for food. I’ve been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Eater, Boston Magazine, The Boston Globe, and Refinery29 and I have written for Style Me Pretty, Food52, Time Out New York, Southern Living Magazine, and The Kitchn.
