I started to learn the art of cooking from my mother at the age 14. Later on, I started to manage big catering systems during my occupation and career. I learned from several chefs the principals of cooking and baking. In our private kitchen, I cooked dishes from our rural cuisine as well as from the Italian and Asian kitchen.
My love for cooking actually saved my life.
During the year 2006, my health condition start deteriorating and in the same year, I finished my master's degree in managing health systems. I wanted to cure myself from the disease and not only the symptoms therefore, I refused to take conventional medicine. In the beginning of 2008, I learned the principles of the natural hygiene and I understood that all diseases could be cured by the right diet based on foods from the flora only. I became a vegetarian first and later on embraced the principles of natural diet.
These principles of natural diet helped me cure all my diseases and lose weight significantly. Nowadays, I assist many people in making a change in their lifestyle and I noticed that many of them are not aware of the many varieties of vegetarian food.
