Julie Jaffe

About the author

Julie Jaffe has worked as an independent writer for Cosmopolitan and several other leading magazines. She lived in Los Angeles and Sydney, Australia, and travelled for almost a year throughout New Zealand. Julie fell in love with Queenstown—“the adrenaline capital of the world”—where Eli and Jasmine’s journey takes place. Julie’s short stories were published weekly in the West Coast edition of Yediot America magazine in the USA, and in the Hador collection in California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an Executive MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Like Jasmine, Second Hand Love’s heroine, Julie adores winter but somehow ends up living in hot climates. She currently resides in Israel, where she was born. Second Hand Love is her debut novel. Julie is working on her second novel and hopes to bring it to life by the end of this year.
