Cilla’s love for books started as a young child where she spent long summers tucked away in the corner of her family’s porch reading while the other kids played. After years of reading the words of others, she began to create stories in her head until she eventually wrote them down. Once she understood that she wasn’t writing the next War and Peace, writing became an adventure as she created her own worlds. Now she’s sharing her home with two dogs of questionable pedigree and a cantankerous father in the hot South Carolina weather as she puts her characters through much angst before giving them their happily ever after
