Nancy Cho

Beginning her career in piano performance and music composition, Nancy Cho followed her passion for art and food as an editor and recipe developer for Anthology magazine, where she sought flavors and ingredients inspired by memories of her childhood. She is the author of two cookbooks, The Easy Asian Cookbook for Slow Cookers and Korean Instant Pot Cookbook. Nancy also works as a photographer and stylist and has photographed several books and cookbooks for clients such as Penguin Random House. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and son.
