About the author

Who am I? Well, when I figure that out, I’ll let you know. Here’s what I know so far. I love romance, and I believe it isn’t dead. I believe everyone has their knight in shining armor who is just waiting to sweep them off their feet. Having always been a fan of good romance novels, it wasn’t until I was getting ready to retire that I decided to try my hand at writing. I got a side gig as a ghostwriter for Amish romance books, and after doing that for several years, I decided to give it a go on my own. I’ve gone on to self-publish several books, and I now have my little corner of the internet dedicated to just me. Why do I write? I write because I can, because I enjoy it, but mostly because I need to release the thousand of storylines circling around in my head. It keeps me out of trouble and off the streets, and if I can make just one person feel good after reading my book, I will be fulfilled. Will you enjoy my books? I don’t know. As I have come to understand while doing research, even the greatest authors have gotten bad reviews, so, “shrugs,” maybe you will, maybe you won’t. If you like sappy Hallmark movies that make you feel good in the end, chances are you will. On a more serious note, I live in Leamington, Ontario, with my knight in shining armor and our Westie, Willy MacDuff Scott. When I’m not writing, I love walking along the water and just enjoying life as much as possible. Leamington was my inspiration for my Leamingville Meadows series. I truly hope you enjoy reading my books just as much as I enjoyed writing them.
