I had dispensed lots of grey matter writing to promote the welfare of Filipino workers as a communications specialist in the Philippine government but left some for my other passion - writing fiction. I had my masters in Communications Studies at the Auckland University of Technology in Auckland, New Zealand where I learned the use of language in atrracting audiences. It was enjoyable but somehow, I got bored and so, yeah, I switched to fiction writing. Luckily, I had ruminated over eastern philosophies as a student of oriental religions and cultures at Asia’s oldest university, the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, which serves me well as a fictionist.
