Hello from The Enchanted Haven, that's my home. This lovely little piece of earth is right at 10 acres of beautiful wild. We're working on taming a bit of it and building a cabin made of containers... eventually. With an orchard. Some day. It's taking a while, but one little step after another, we're making it happen. That's how we live our dreams, am I right? Writing here in our Haven is a huge part of my dreams coming true. My Mom's told me I was a writer as long as I can remember. So, at 42, I figured it was about time I prove her right. That's when i started writing this story. This little tale is the first in a huge universe of stories I've got coming. The way they wiggle and range may surprise you... hopefully in lots of awesome ways. As an off-grid homesteading homeschooling Mama of six awesome children, I have lots of hobbies I've learned along the way. Crochet is the one I started first, then sewing, baking, knitting, gardening, and more recently I fell in love with leather working. I may have forgotten one of my hobbies as my memory has taken a beating since I became a Mama. Or... maybe an adult? I've decided adulting equals fatigue. Can i hear an amen? Life is good even when enjoyed through the haze of tired eyes. And tough on days. But how could we enjoy the peace of it if every day was always peaceful? So, this series is mostly romance with a touch of supernatural and maybe some other genres mixed in. Who am I kidding? The only genre that's a sure fit for My writing is Speculative Fiction. Even when I try to make it otherwise! My creations are, generally, sweet and clean. No cursing, no "on camera" intercourse or specific description of relations. Oh! And I'm also working on a fantasy series I'll start publishing toward the end of the year. Planning for September right.
