Emil Jersey is the pen name for Emil Stern, and his debut novel "Blood, Sex & Violence, a Vampire's Rebuttal" was inspired by his enjoyment of The Rabbit Saga characters from a Run Rabbit Books series of the same name. In 2019, BSV won 3 critical 5-Star reviews from ReadersFavorite.com, calling his work "authentic," "compelling," and "breaking the boundaries of contemporary vampire fiction." With the success of BSV, Emil next released "Darcy Vandiver, Vampire Sexpert, A Memoir," in 2020, which then also won a critical 5-star review, calling the First Person Narrative "arresting" and the main character "intelligent and extremely likeable." Emil followed that fun tome up with "Malcontent" in August 2020, a vampire/serial killer/thriller told from the perspective of a woman psychotherapist who is trying to help a now-mortal vampire deal with his anger issues.
