Michael Solomowitz

Originally from Coney Island, award-winning author Michael Solomowitz has cherished his roller-coaster ride as a professional writer. He began his journey as a scriptwriter for Manhattan Cable TV then moved to Hollywood where he wrote television and film treatments for Warner Bros. He is a Contributing Author for two non-fiction sports books, has written dozens of articles for sports publications and admits to doing time as a copywriter. He is also a playwright who has directed live theater. His plays have appeared on stages from Los Angeles to Long Island to Boston. His debut novel, BEHIND THE FOURTH WALL, won second place in General Fiction in the 2022 PenCraft Book Awards.
