Melissa Maxx is a former radio and TV host (WBCN Boston, KLOS Los Angeles, The Shark Miami, and Tiny House Builders on HGTV). She spent over two decades working in rock radio and TV interviewing musicians and celebrities ranging from Guns N’ Roses to Ben Affleck.   After a debilitating illness forced her to give up her broadcasting career and leave her home in Los Angeles, she relocated to Florida and became a student of the mind-body connection. She realized it was time to make some drastic lifestyle changes physically, emotionally, & spiritually. The breakdown resulted in a breaking open. Her personal success inspired her to help others. She is now a Certified Mindfulness/Life Coach working with clients one-one-one, remotely. She specializes in low self esteem as a result of childhood emotional neglect, anxious attachment style and coaching women 40+ at a crossroads, who are interested in mindfulness, personal growth, spirituality and reclaiming their power!
