Bob lives in Indiana with his lovely wife of 24 years raising three beautiful granddaughters. Wanting to write a book most of his life, Bob finally made the commitment to do it and wrote his first book about his time in the military- We Were Soldiers Too: Serving as a Reagan Soldier during the Cold War.

The response from other Cold War veterans was so touching, Bob decided to turn his book into a book series to tell the history of the Cold War from through the careers of other veterans.
