Bridget enjoys writing fiction as well as nonfiction and plans to release multiple books in the years to come. As the CEO of Sampson Coaching and Consulting (SCC), Bridget Sampson has been designing and delivering cutting edge professional development programs for over 20 years. Having earned her Master’s Degree with Distinction in Communication Studies, Bridget’s areas of expertise include presentation skills, leadership, influence, team-building, managing change, conflict resolution, coaching skills, and more. Bridget is certified in the popular True Colors personality identification system, which increases collaboration and reduces conflict on teams. Bridget was honored to be the 2012 recipient of the Don Dorsey Excellence in Mentoring Award, presented by the Educational Opportunity Program at CSUN. Bridget lives in southern California with her husband of 23 years, Neal Thorhnill. Neal is the CEO of Thornhill & Associates, a successful independent claims adjusting and investigation firm. Bridget and Neal have two wonderful daughters who they are very proud of. Jackie (22) is studying political science in college and has been interning for Jane Kim's state senate campaign in San Francisco. Joanna (18) is in high school and is an award-winning policy debater.
