I started visualizing stories as a sat on a hill. Everyday the train would pass by and it was take me on an adventure.
Then as an adult, I was a victim of a crime which I had no control over.
As a social worker, I became fascinated with the behaviors people exhibited in crime, mental health, drug abuse, rehabilitation, and in the court system.
As a writer, now I control the crime, punishment, and justice.
I created Native American FBI Special Agent John Treehorn who works federal crimes on reservations in the US, Canada, and Mexico. His sense of justice has no boundaries.
