Alex Milan was born in England but has spent the last twenty years living and working in other countries. Italy, the country which she called home for a number of years, is the inspiration and setting for her debut novel, The Last Carriage. Alex is now working on her second novel and when not writing, is likely to be found at a concert, listening to music or continuing her quest to try to learn to play the guitar.
